These Terms of Service govern your use of the Édition ’91 website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Édition ’91 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

Products & Availability

Édition ’91 offers vintage and pre-owned luxury accessories. All items are one of a kind and subject to availability. Once sold, items cannot be restocked.

We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

Condition Disclosure

All items are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Each product description includes condition details to the best of our knowledge. Minor signs of wear are inherent to vintage pieces and should be expected.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as described and shown in images.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included unless stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We ship to selected destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Édition ’91 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Returns & Final Sale

Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item has been significantly misrepresented.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Private Sourcing Service

Requests made through our private sourcing service are non-binding until confirmed by Édition ’91. Fees, deposits, and timelines will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.

Sourced items are final sale.

Authenticity

All items sold by Édition ’91 are guaranteed authentic to the best of our expertise. COA's when provided by the source are included with the product. We source through trusted collectors and suppliers and conduct careful reviews of each piece by third party authenticators.
