HOW TO RETURN: To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page with all accessories included (ex: dustbag, box, etc...) The item must not have been worn, or show any signs of use. The item must not have been purchased with a discount or promotional code.
You are responsible for the return shipping expense and the package must be sent with a valid tracking number and signature. We also recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount. Édition ’91 is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process. To return an item directly to the store, you must contact edition91@edition91.ca beforehand.
STORE CREDIT OR REFUND
You will be given the option of a store credit or a full refund.
REFUND
You will be issued a refund for the original amount and any tax paid in the original payment method. The refund will not include any original shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item is received for the refund to be issued. The refund will appear on your billing statement 10 business days after the date of refund – however this may vary depending on your credit card company or bank.
STORE CREDIT
You will be issued a store credit for the original amount and any tax paid. You can use your store credit to purchase other products on the website or in-store after it has been issued. Your store credit will never expire. The store credit will not include any original shipping charges.
